Women’s plus sizes clothing designers face off for this Print-tastic jacket!

This cool tone floral jacket ( seen above on form) for caught my eye the first time I saw it at missphit.com. I loved it and wanted to share it with you guys, but I had many more pressing items that were on sale to present first. Then recently on the Forever 21 plus size I saw a nearly identical jacket (seen both above and below on model) for about less. Clearly this item has something going for it if these two fashion houses have put them on display. The pastel blues and purples are among some of my favorite shades, and they are a sure way to stand out of the crowd. Most of us have a lot of solid pieces in our wardrobe and this is an easy way to give them new life. Last year there were a lot of floral cardigans out that I absolutely adored, and it’s clear I’ve got quite the affinity for cardigans in general. But on colder days a jacket is oh so necessary otherwise I have a rather frozen bum region! Fight the nasty winter chill with this spring welcoming jacket. I’m thinking an off-white or black bow headband and a crisp white tee with some classic jeans to finish the look, what about you? Perhaps Forever 21 just bought wholesale from Missphit? They are SO identical: the only differences I attribute to camera changes–and being on a form vs. a living person.

KIMONO SLEEVE DRESS
Designer Monif C wows us time and time again with her high-end clothing. The Serena Kimono Sleeve Dress is follows in line with the kind of style finesse we’d expect from here. The stark black night fabric is met with colors that just seem to bounce and dazzle with life. Something about the way it is done gives this dress a real body con appeal. Recently marked down to 7.70.

SEQUIN TOP
Whereas, the steal version is a relatively more simple top with asymmetric lines in a muted grey. The vibrant colors are still there, and although they are in the same sequin form there is definitely a less of a dazzle factor there. At .80 though the piece is rather accessibly priced it may just fit the bill for some.

Women’s plus sizes clothing that is made to meet your needs: what it comes down to is what kind of occasion is it for, is it occasion where you want to shine and look flawless then I’d go with Monif C. if you’re just looking for something fun to add to your everyday (like I wear this to school, to the coffehouse or work–if the atmosphere is cool enough) then the Faith 21 version may be your new best friend. Plus, the item from Monif C. is only pre-order so you’ll have to be a little patient on that one, but I know it’ll be well worth the wait.
